What This Visit May Include
Health history review
Physical exam, when appropriate
Preventative care conversations
Lab work, diagnostic testing, or in-office testing recommendations, when appropriate
Medication guidance, medication injections, or referrals, when needed
Follow-up recommendations
New patient visits include one complimentary initial lab review call. Additional lab review calls are $50 for non-members, or patients may choose to receive typed notes with their lab results instead.
