Appointment Information
Refresh Health currently sees in-clinic patients Monday through Friday. Appointments are scheduled in advance so our team can coordinate the right visit, provider, and timing for your needs.
Please note that Refresh Health does not offer walk-in appointments at this time.
Payment Information
Refresh Health uses a merchant checkout system that applies a 3.5% processing fee to card payments. Please contact our team with any questions about payment options before your visit.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.
