Megan Rigby, PNP/FNP
Megan Rigby founded Refresh Health with a clear vision: to create a different kind of healthcare experience for families. As a dual-certified doctorate-prepared Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner, Megan brings a unique perspective to care, supporting children, adults, and families with a preventative, whole-person approach.
With more than 15 years of experience in pediatric and family care, Megan understands how important it is for patients to feel heard, not rushed. Her approach blends modern medicine with functional, preventative care, helping patients better understand their health and feel supported through every phase of life.
Through Refresh Health, Megan is passionate about creating a welcoming space where families can ask questions, receive thoughtful guidance, and access care that feels personal, practical, and refreshingly different.
Alex Reed, FNP-C
Alex Reed, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who brings warmth, dedication, and a strong commitment to patient care to Refresh Health. She has been part of the practice since the beginning, first serving as Megan’s nurse and now stepping into her role as a fully licensed Family Nurse Practitioner.
After completing her nurse practitioner program and passing her state boards, Alex officially transitioned into a provider role with the Refresh Health team. Her years within the clinic have given her a strong foundation in the Refresh Health approach, where care is personal, thoughtful, and centered around the needs of each patient.
Alex is passionate about supporting families with clear communication, compassionate care, and a welcoming experience from start to finish. She will be continuing to grow within Refresh Health as she begins caring for patients and building meaningful relationships with the families in the practice.
